Web service integration allows you to keep your own database other than the ClientContactPro’s database synchronized. ClientContactPro will send subscription data to the URLs you specify. So, you will be able to keep your own database synchronized with ClientContactPro subscriber lists.
This helps in creating multiple entries and updates across several databases which are being used in connection with your email marketing system. For example you need to keep your email marketing database synchronized with your CRM software – now in order to do this using the web service integration method you can pass on the data based on the subscription and unsubscription events to your CRM software installed on a different URL.
