Does ClientContactPro provides statistical data for the Subscriber Lists?

ClientContactPro provides statistical data for each of the subscriber list you have within your system. In order to check the statistics of your subscriber list go to “Subscriber Lists > Click on the list name for which we need to check the statistical data > Click on the Statistics link” – this will take you to the dashboard of the statistics as shown in the below screen shot.

There are different types of reports shown above which includes activities related to the subscriptions and un-subscriptions, link click statistics, email open statistics, bounce statistics, forward statistics, browser view statistics, email service breakdown statistics etc.

The statistical data can be exported into two different formats – Excel and XML.
