Can I remove the subscribers from the Subscriber List?
There are several ways to remove your subscribers based on their status. In order to remove the subscribers go to “Subscriber Lists > Click on the list you want to remove subscribers from > click on Remove Subscriber link†– this will show you the following screen.
You can choose the type of subscribers you wish to remove from the drop down menu, below are the major types listed.
- Active Subscribers
- Suppressed Subscribers
- Segments
- Soft bounced
- Hard Bounced
- Based on Opt-in status
- Copy and Paste method
If you are remove the subscribers of active list then you can also add them to a suppression list by ticking the box just below the drop down menu.
