Yes – ClientContactPro allows you to export the subscribers in different file types mainly – csv, xml and tab delimited text file. In order to export your subscribers go to “subscribers lists > click on the list name > click on export subscribers link”. This will take you to the export screen as shown in the below screen shot.

Here you can choose the type of subscribers you want to export [i.e. Active Subscribers, Suppressed Subscribers or Subscribers within a particular Segment] – select the file format and select what all fields you want to export. Finally click on the “Export subscribers” button and export subscriber data to the file. Once you click the button it will ask you to save the file to your hard drive.
